- Include ITYF branding on the main backdrop and courts where practical.
- Acknowledge ITYF in media releases and digital communications.
15Medical & Safety Requirements
Organizers shall provide:
- First Aid Kit
- Emergency contact information
- Hydration facilities
- Safe playing environment
- Heat management protocols (where applicable)
- Emergency evacuation procedures for larger events
Medical personnel should be present for Gold and Platinum events.
16Anti-Doping & Fair Play
Participants shall comply with:
- ITYF Code of Ethics
- Anti-Doping Policy (as adopted by ITYF)
- Anti-corruption provisions
- Fair play principles
17Photography & Media Rights
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Organizers may promote the event locally.
- ITYF retains the right to use event photographs, videos, results, and statistics for promotional, archival, and educational purposes.
- Commercial broadcast arrangements should be coordinated with ITYF for Platinum events.
18Prize Money
Organizers shall:
- Publish prize money before registrations open.
- Disburse prize money within 15 days of event completion unless otherwise specified.
- Comply with applicable tax laws.
Failure to pay prize money may result in sanctions.
19Event Reporting
Within seven days of tournament completion, organizers shall submit:
- Final results
- Match scores
- Rankings data
- Referee report
- Incident reports
- Attendance figures
- Event photographs
- Media coverage summary
20Code of Conduct
Tournament organizers shall ensure that:
- Players, coaches, officials, and spectators behave respectfully.
- Harassment, discrimination, abuse, and violence are not tolerated.
- Decisions of referees are respected.
- Disciplinary matters are reported promptly to ITYF.
21Suspension or Withdrawal of Sanction
ITYF may suspend or revoke sanction if an organizer:
- Provides false information.
- Fails to meet technical standards.
- Breaches financial obligations.
- Misuses the ITYF name or logo.
- Compromises player safety.
- Fails to submit required reports.
- Brings the sport into disrepute.
22Appeals
An organizer may appeal a sanction-related decision within 14 days of notification. Appeals shall be reviewed by the ITYF Appeals Committee, whose decision shall be final within the federation's internal processes.
23Annual Tournament Calendar
ITYF shall publish an annual calendar by 31 December for the following competition year.
Priority will generally be given to:
- National Championships
- National League
- State Championships
- Regional Opens
- District Championships
- Club and Academy Events
This helps avoid scheduling conflicts and provides clarity for players and organizers.
24Organizer Recognition Program
To encourage excellence, ITYF should introduce an annual Organizer Accreditation Program:
